The Platinum Maple Leaf Ball, May 19th, 2022, at Victoria & Albert Museum

Over the decades the Maple Leaf Ball has become the social highlight in the UK Canadian calendar, providing the opportunity for Canadians from across the UK to come together to celebrate, reminisce, and make new connections – something we have all sorely missed.

2022 marks the events 70th anniversary and is set to be the most successful to date with nearly 400 distinguished Canadians attending to raise money for our two fantastic charities: The Canadian Centennial Scholarship Fund (CCSF), and The Veterans’ Support Committee (VSC)

This spectacular  fundraising gala will take place at the iconic London landmark the Victoria & Albert Museum on 19th May 2022. The evening will open with a champagne reception in the John Madejski Garden accompanied by performances from David Zucchi and Emily Gibson Brown, our fantastic CCSF scholar’s.

The evening will be hosted by Gerald Finley. Gerald is one of the most revered and influential artists of our time, with celebrated performances at the world’s major opera and concert venues and recordings on CD and DVD with major labels in a wide variety of repertoire. 

 Following the reception, a three-course gourmet dinner will be served in the Raphael Court where guests will be surrounded by monumental Renaissance masterpieces. Throughout the evening there will be a live and silent auction and a not-be-missed raffle.

 The night is then drawn to a close with a DJ and dancing under the Dome, all set against the backdrop of the Medieval marvels of the Paul and Jill Ruddock Gallery.
